I would like to pass on some devices to my children. It would be great if I could put a googlefree version of Android on these devices…

Is there any possibility for the device mentioned above?

Hello @Cori, there are no official custom ROMs for the Nokia 3 [TA-1032], legally few unofficial ones. The handicap seems to be the MediaTek MT6737 chipset.
