Not able to connect to WIFI repeater

Using /e/OS

I did extend my wifi with TL-WA855RE.
I can connect to extended wifi network with anothers devices but with my Moto G4+ which is running /e/ not.

I have visited a friend who is extending wifi range too {he used different device} and have same proplem.

I can see that my /e/ phone is connected and authorised to extened wifi AP but not receving IP. After timeout it reconnect to wifi and ask IP again …

I am using unofficial build /e/ 0.10-o-20200623

I had something similar, had to shutdown DHCP server on extender.

well, but why another phone or tables are able to connected, to get IP ?
and what to do if I am not owner or extender? I am not able to change settings on it ?
