Not getting notifications from a very important app

I’ve started testing /e/OS to see if it can be used as my main driver.
I’ve installed version 2.8 a14 community, since this is the only supported version for my secondary phone (Oneplus 7 Pro). My plan is to test /e/OS before eventually installing the official version on my FP5.

One of our apps that we use at work is for monitoring our network. My problem is that I’m not getting any notifications from this app. This is a major issue for me.

I’d be very greatful if anyone have some information that might lead me to a solution to this issue.

check in the microG selftest if you subscribe to firebase / “cloude messaging”, that is Googles notification mechanism. You can see if the alert app is subscribed

Seems like running restore from Seedvault can mess up things like this. Reinstalling the app fixed the issue. Thanks for the help :+1:
