Not receiving emails on e.email adress

Hi,

On my desktop version of Thunderbird, since last OTA update I get a prompt to enter my password for my e.email account when opening mail client. At first , I thought my /e/ account had been blocked for an unknown reason. However, settings seem correct as I can log into my account using browser. From browser I can send mail but when I test receiving, nothing comes through and I don’t get a “unable to deliver” message in the account I use to test.

What I am missing please?

I have seen very similar; I can try to define the problem as I see it if required, thanks. If connected I travelled 100 miles away from home and back during the day and experienced some minor networking issues.

I just received (14:46) my 11:09 test mail from this morning.

Second test mail sent at 14:50 and received at 15:09.
