Notes app won't function like normal

Hi there, I’m finding that on 2.1t that the Notes app isnt working correctly. After giving the option of “choose account” or “use local notes” it thinks and then goes back to the options again.

That looks like a bug in the new 21.0 'It’s now possible to use the Notes apps without any account` functionality. Probably a good idea to raise an issue in gitlab

Funnily enough the app works fine on my pixel 3a xl
