Nothing CMF Phone 1 Lock the bootloader

Hi, dear community

First i wanna thank everyone, contributing on this project.

Ive got recently bought a new phone “Nothing CMF Phone 1”. The retail Version, not murena one. Just wanna try the new Custom rom riskfree and as second burner phone.
I succesfully flashed my Device.

My question is:
I read the risk of having an open bootloader on a device. I decided to want relock the bootloader. Can i lock my the bootloader? Ive already tried with that ADB programm on CMD with “fastboot flashing lock” and “fastboot flashing lock_critical” but my device turned on red state and it wont boot. I unlocked it again and it works fine.

“Nothing CMF Phone 1” is one the list as official build :
“eos device list”
Even buyable on preinstalled:
“murena site thats listet on murena”

Version /e/OS 3.1.1-a14-20250828521479

I looked up on your forums

" forum number: 56323"

Can someone help?

I’d also look into rollback protection as reason for the “red state” you’re seeing. The timestamp (20250828521479) indicates you could’ve been past the SPL date in your stockrom if Nothing shipped something already in September

I see that locking the bootloader is not mentioned in the install page. This is usually a good indicator. Also tetris not confirmed on the [List] you quote, I also find

Further Info about Nothing Nothing CMF Phone 1 - tetris does not confirm locking, the wording used is “Data unavailable”

I am also very interested in this subject/possiblity. Partially because of the risk, but also I find some apps (e.g. Revolut) don’t like unlocked bootloader specifically. I’m on 3.2-a1420251022539005-official-tetris.
