Thanks a lot for the guide and every details. It was more than usefull
Here are my return of experience: (Windows 10)

  • when entering fastboot, the phone was not detected anymore neither by adb or fastboost tools. This required an update to usb driver (and a general bios update).
    Otherwise everything was perfect, I cannot express how easy it was for a newcomer like me.
