Will the design of the big blue tiles on the pull down notification bar be changing in the future? The tiles are horribly bulky and an eye sore. I hate to say it but I can’t stand looking at them. I’d love to see buttons in an update that are slim and practical like an iphone. Thanks! 
Unfortunately that’s the new design Google wanted Android to look like. Just root your phone with Magisk, install Iconify and you can almost make any setup you want!

Yes, of course.
But Murena could indeed go forward with an own development here. This would be something visible for all, not just Android without Google but something which is indeed better and more user friendly.
And meanwhile many many people ranted about these ridiculous big buttons and the lost feature to switch wifi and mobile independently on and off. I would also appreciate a correction of the function on the square button which leaves the user on a senseless grey screen.

I’d say /e/OS won’t adopt this. I mean, /e/ is based on LineageOS, a very pure version of Android. And if you WANT smaller buttons, more rows, more columns, more symbols, more settings, more colors and more customization… There’s Iconify…
