Notification LED colour and vibration

Hello,

I have little problems with my notifications.

  1. LED colour:
    I made settings directly in some apps (Mail, Whatsapp) for the notification led colour. If I change to a different colour, it doesnt matter and always shows the same colour: blue. Is there any system setting which I have to change?

  2. Vibration:
    For the preinstalled mail application I turned vibrations directly in the app settings off. But it still vibrates when I get new mails. Is there any possibility to solve it?
