An official release for this device is now available.
It can be downloaded here (use the latest version e-0.14-q-20210204100104-dev-z3c.zip) and installation instructions are here
A couple of things to note:
- The installation instructions don’t have a download link for the TWRP recovery image. I used
twrp-3.3.1-z3c-20200212.imgfrom https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=4349826312261722027 - When installing using
adb sideload, the connected PC will show an error message, even though the installation has succeededserving: 'e-0.14-q-20210204100104-dev-z3c.zip' (~47%) adb: failed to read command: Undefined error: 0 - There are a couple of known bugs outstanding

#2486 UI of File Manager, Phone app and Contacts app corrupt, affecting some screens in
FilesandContactsapps, as well as file open / save dialogs in other apps. Some buttons are displayed as white text on white background so are not very visible
. They still work though . -
#2391 Dialer app crashes always The workaround is to install the
Simple Dialerapp from F-Droid or Apps, and set it as the default phone app.
If you come across any other issues, please either raise them here, or create a new issue in gitlab. (Maybe worth checking that it hasn’t already been reported)
