Old version of Signal app - unable to import

I am trying to import my data from Signal app (version 5.37) on old phone to Signal app (vers. 5.35) on e.foundation FP4.

Getting an error saying that importing data from a newer version is not supported.

Is it possible to get the same version of Signal on FP4 as on “regular” Google/Android?
Perhaps it is just a trivial update to be done on App store? (A.t.m. the latest Signal there is 5.35).

What if you downloaded the apk from Signal.org and installed that? Then just leave it on your phone and when theres an update allow App Lounge to handle it.

OK, from apk it worked. I’ll see how it goes w.r.t. “regular” updates.
