OMV Charge app (ex onnet Charge)

Hello,
I am having problems with the OMV Charge app. I have installed version 3.11.0. However, the problem also existed with earlier versions.

After starting the app, you first have to register or log in. For me, the login is via e-mail, as I am already registered. I then receive an e-mail with a link. If I click on the link, I land back on the start page of the app. And everything starts all over again. It’s an endless loop.

The developers of the app couldn’t help me any further. All they could do was suggest that I reinstall the app. Custom OS could cause problems, they said.

And indeed: the app worked on my custom Android phone. I therefore suspect that it is due to w/OS.

What can I do?

My guess would be that the link includes some “devious route” via some tracking or ad delivery organisation.

Whatever the problem, you may be able to get some clues from a log. Capture a debug information from /e/OS
