I just buy a OnePlus 10 Pro 5G and would like to install /e/os
Can someone help me ?
i would make it quite different first look for which smartphones e/os is available and then buy one and no other around. 
If the phone is not in the list of supported devices for a particular OS, you can’t install a ROM for that particular OS. Even then there can be model numbers in the same product line that are not supported.
Looking around at the usual suspects it doesn’t look like anyone supports that phone. I see lots of support for the OnePlus 11, but not the 10. There must be some issue with that model that precludes support.
If your model of phone is not supported the only option is a GSI (Generic System Image). The GSI is a basic version of Android that requires something called Treble support which most modern phones have.
The GSI doesn’t always run without issue on every phone as it lacks device specific customization. You can only try it and see how it does.
