Oneplus 2: need help with installation

Hi all,
would need help. I am not able to finish the installation.
Getting the following error messages.

adb: sideload connection failed: no devices/emulators found
adb: trying pre-KitKat sideload method…
adb: pre-KitKat sideload connection failed: no devices/emulators found

When i try to start ADB Sideload from my device it is failing as well.
I am using WIN10 and in the device manager the Oneplus two is shown as Google Nexus, when connected. Tried updating the driver but still showing the Nexus.

What can I do, please help.

Hello @Mustafa, you have downloaded the latest Android SDK Platform-Tools (ADB and Fastboot) → platform-tools_r29.0.6-windows?

TWRP for oneplus2 is already successfully installed on the oneplus2?

At whitch step of the install process are you stuck ?

Have you enable adb debugging in the dev-options in the settings-menu of your smartphone ?
Unlocked the bootloadrer …

I didn’t and I can sideload.

Hi all,

Thank you for trying to help me.

I managed to get the zip copied to my Oneplus2.by using another pc.
After this, i was able to install the zip directly from my mobile.with the TWRP Install function.
