Are you able to open the log, lower left of screen, and read from it the location of the full log, which you could share here … or

  • if you don’t know how to open this location, press the Windows key plus the “r” key at the same time and paste %LOCALAPPDATA%\easy-installer into the box that appears, then hit the Enter key)
