Contains all the information. Lower case “r” for Android version and dev is the build type. There was a naming change, dev builds are now designated community.
Being on Android 11 (R) will be the cause of your problem almost for certain. /e/ OS no longer supports Android 11 (R) and in some of these builds there was a run of internet / mobile data related problems reported a while ago.
You should upgrade soonest. Please read the earlier link carefully. There is a risk that you might lose data by that method as you are upgrading Android 11 to 13 – but it has been successful for a number of users for instance [Guide] /e/OS Upgrade Android 12 (S) to 13 (T) 'enchilada'; in view of this please be as thorough as possible with your backup. My suggestion would be to reduce data a little – delete apps which are not essential for backup.
