A while ago Manoj told me this would be getting the U build. Does anyone know if this is still happening?

I am interested in the answer, too. Better is to ask to @Manoj himself.
Will check and get back if an A14 or A15 official build is planned.
Update: Definitely planned. In fact we are looking at upgrading the OS on all the devices where it is possible. The official builds require an OTA OS upgrade which slows the process of releasing upgrades. Will share on the forum when these builds will be available.

So do I have to unlock the bootloader to flash the community version?
reading the testing builds, the avicii build is still building so there’s no Official OTA to test as of yet.

Regarding the U build, I have someone with a OnePlus Nord that would like to install /e/OS but something surprises me: there is an official build but it is not (or no longer? I thought it was before…) listed as having an official build on the devices page.
@Manoj does it mean that /e/ is planning to drop official support or, conversely, that they just added it?
It’s there on the officially supported devices list. The OTA upgrade from A12 is still in testing so I’m on A12 until it passes. As I suppose there is a chance that might not happen, could I flash it over the latest A12 or would I need to go back to the Oneplus stock OS?
