This is probably a dumb question but I NEED to open a .zip file and the only subject that search has returned is K-mail. So, is there an updated (from 2022) tutorial accessing k-mail. Thank you.

if you save a zip to your downloads, the default “Files” app can just open it (and optionally extract)
Thank you. I was just going to say I figured it out but you beat me to it. My services are still a little hit and miss so I never know when I can access files etc. However I did get two emails saying they found the receipts and payments that show I have been a premium member since June 2023. Patience

Is Files ready to use only sometimes?
Now another letter will not open. The first liked “PDF extract” except it was not spelled out.
I had to extract a .rar file a wile back. I needed to install another app to do it. I used RAR, published by RARLAB. It’s not open source, but it got the job done and has a 9/10 privacy score.
I know it has support for .zip files too.
