A short post to advice you to change the default settings in OpenKeyChain.
Standard settings doesn’t work for synchronize keys to key servers.

Anyway a good way is to remove all servers and add this one : hkps://keys.openpgp.org
This is strange because that should be the default setting since 2019 !!!
