Please add an option to disable hiding the address bar in the browser when scrolling.
Firefox and its forks have this setting, just in case you’re interested.

My /e/OS is old, 1.14-r A11, so browser is based on old Bromite. But I do have a recent Cromite installed (version 130.0.6723.67).
An option was added at some point to disable hiding of toolbar. I do not know at which version this option was added. Under ‘Settings → Accessibility and UI’.
