It appears there’s no way to rearrange widgets, or any apps within folders, in BlissLauncher. This is a pretty basic function, and one that I am sorely missing from my iPhone. Hopefully it would not be too much work to instate it.
A quick search would show that those and more have been requested, discussed, etc. already.
I think the upcoming version of Bliss (a rewrite) will support widgets etc.
