hi, since this morning (?) I have some pbm to send mail to outlook.com (hotmail.fr, …)
with the answers :

host eur.olc.protection.outlook.com[52.101.73.5] said:
550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [135.181.139.185] weren’t sent.
Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network
is on our block list (S3150).
or
host eur.olc.protection.outlook.com[52.101.68.24] said:
