I recently purchased a deGoogled Fairphone 5. In the setup I appear to have activated parental control. Now I need to deactivate it, but I do not know the pin. I really can’t remember when I made the pin. I’ve tried all the usual options but considering the fact I don’t even know how many digits, there really are too many options to try. Is there any way to reset the pin without needing the current pin?

My biggest problem at the moment is that it won’t let me connect to a new WiFi netwerk. Is there a workaround for that without doing a factory reset?
I have meanwhile the same problem - I feel very dumb… i am unable to remember parental control code i set weeks ago of my doughters pix 5, so the telephone is ….kid-brick.
Does anyone know a different solution other the Piero’s one?
