parental control problem

Hi there!
I would like to set up the parental control on my phone (samsung galaxy s9) but I can’t manage it. When I want to activate it, a window appears: “Parental control is locked, another administration application has been detected. Please deactivate or remove it before activating the parental control.”
The problem is that when I go to the admin app option, there are no other apps enabled. I’ve already disabled 2 of them: Parental Control and Murena MDM (incidentally, if someone can explain to me what Murena MDM is for…).

No howto available in the doc on that from what I saw so far… But:

pretty much what it says on the tin - “fleet management”, as in managing company devices. Android has generic in-built functions for mdm software that aren’t tied to Google, that is this button. You limit the Apps that can be installed, install certificates, use remote reset etc. It’s possible Murena looked into this, but that domain isn’t publicly advertised yet.
