What do you see within the Settings > System updates window now?
As far as I can gather, this S 8 was purchased direct from Murena ?
If this is correct and the Upgrade is not visible, I think, as a Customer you should send an email to helpdesk@e.email.
You really need to mention
/e/OS version: 0.9-p-2020070161106-stable-dreamlte
as this indicates a serious failure of updates (as you are aware) since July 2020.
