Hello! I have a Shiftphone 8.1 with Murena and want to know, whether I can use passkeys without security sticks with the Murena cloud? Is this compatible?

On the other hand, if what you want is to connect to murena.io with a passkey, then you can set up 2factor identification:
microG itself has passkey support, but afaik not the syncing kind yet where you’d hook it up to Murena Passwords (as indiciated by manoj answer). But you can generate and use passkeys on-device. Without backup that can be risky though.
Next release will have a settings overview of passkeys issued in microG: Settings: Added Passkey Management Page by DaVinci9196 · Pull Request #3445 · microg/GmsCore · GitHub
So, in principle it should already be possible to use a software-only app like KeePassDX or 1password given that /e/os is now Android 16 and the murena browser is Chromium-based. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to make this work.
Anyone have had more success? Tips are welcome.
