I would like to try the Password App, but I’m stuck. It’s asking to me a password (it seems to be a master one) that I don’t have. Where is this password expected to be found please?

are you sure this isn’t the first-time setup of the master-password for the vault itself?
if it’s 2 fields, then it’s setup. It’s a different pw than for the main account
Nope it doesn’t seem to be a setup. I don’t remember to set that password, as I use a password manager like many people do, I would have saved it in such case. Do you know if is there anyway to reset it without loosing shared password that Murena has provided to me to get my data back from eDrive because of the last outage?

you might check the nc-passwords-faq (link works when logged in) and their e2ee-master-pw-docs. With “reset” / “forgot” I do not really hit a thing. You could ask the nextcloud password telegram support channel - that is not murena - to wise up if there exists a reset flow (as in, depose vault, create new one)
