Password reset email not received

Dear community and team,

I recently installed /e/ on my phone (creating ecloud account, etc…) and everything is working fine on the phone. But when trying to reset my password through https://ecloud.global/login, I can read that an reset email has been sent to my email address but never receive any email.

I checked both my e.email on my phone and my alternative email address, no email in “received” folder nor in my “spam” folder.

Is there sonmething I could do to solve this?

To successfully login or reset your password, you have to enter your full @e.email address in lowercase.

Thanks VERY MUCH. It was not obvious to add @e.email to the user name.

I had the very same problem, but now it’ s solved.
