I noticed this a couple of weeks ago for the first time: The murena cloud passwords app became so slow, that its barely usable. What I mean by that is, I’m using the “Passwords for Nextcloud” extension in my Firefox browser and it is regularly unable to find any passwords because the connection to murena.io would timeout.
The manual workaround till now was to visit murena.io in my browser directly, and wait up to 10 seconds for the passwords app to load, to ultimately being able to access my passwords.
And since today, even this is no longer working: When I try to open the passwords app on murena.io in my browser, it throws a “Reached maximum delay” error.
Hi @marbetschar do you have a large password collection. We use the app within our team and have about 150+ password on it and have not noticed any slow load speeds.
Depends on what you define as “large”
I do have 506 passwords stored in the app.
PS: Not sure if it makes any difference but I’m not using folders, tags or favorites at all. So all these passwords are stored at the root level w/o any additional “information” added to them. Also, I’m not using the sharing feature.
The team has requested that an issue be created in Gitlab to track this. That way they can collect your logs or get further clarification from you on this.
