Pattern lock code is not recognized after updating to 2.6-rc [Samsung Galaxy S8 / dreamlte]

Hello everyone. Just one quick notice to update v2.6-rc:

I had a 4x4 lock pattern on my Samsung Galaxy S8 (dreamlte) which is not recognized anymore after successfully updating.
Unfortunately I am too inexperienced in Android debugging to find the cause of this problem.

Alternatively I see that 2.6-rc-s is in testing at present. We are told

Testing channel is controlled on device by:

1. Enable Developer Options on your device
2. Use the test channel

• Settings > System > Advanced > Developer Options
• Scroll down to the end of the screen
• Enable the option Connect to /e/OS test channel

Oops, yeah messed the number up: 2.6 of course.
I was not aware that rc builds are also testing builds.
I’ll head over to the testing community and close this one here.

EDIT: Oh well closing is not permitted…
