Paying for development of an LOS or /e/OS build

Hi,
me and some others are considering to put some money together to fund a developer to make an LOS or /e/OS build for the Zenfone 9:

Does anyone here know if there is a common place on the web where people can promise payment for a certain development based on meeting of a certain requirement (e.g. approval of the build by LOS)?

Well, maybe an adapted “bounty system” could be useful to stimulate building/maintaining for specific device…
