I wonder that if Fairphone company can make PC-Table Fairphone version as future products. And future Fairphone can work CDMA + GSM carrier as allow any counties to use.

With PC-Table you mean a tablet perhaps? … https://forum.fairphone.com/search?q=tablet

As for CDMA … it seems dead from 4G on and will be phased out? Why would Fairphone want to bother now? Fairphones work on globally widely spread standard networks, it’s mostly just a question of choosing the right network provider.
For the US for example, see recent experiences in https://forum.fairphone.com/t/fairphone-owners-in-the-usa-fp2-fp3-fp4-fp5/5083
For checking network frequency matches for certain phones in certain countries there are databases in the internet you can query, e.g. https://www.kimovil.com/en/frequency-checker.

As to attempts on alternative/FOSS tablets the history is a long and mostly unsuccessful one so far.
A recent German article gives a very brief overview

I personally don’t think that Fairphone will engage in this in the near future.
