Hi
i have this banking app that i want to download statements (pdf files). When i click the button to get the statement it directly opens the default pdf viewer app and it presents both the file and a small pop up notification message at the bottom of the app : “couldn’t save file to Download folder”.
I need to save that file but i can’t see how…
the banking app does not provide that option, defaults to open default pdf viewer.
The pdf viewer has no settings to change defaults or paths.
I have no way to switch the default pdf viewer. It has no defaults set in the application settings and no matter how many pdf viewers i install there is never a pop up to choose the viewer.
I’ve checked and also provided all permissions to both the banking app and the pdf viewer.
Any other ideas? I run out of them…
