Per-app microG setting?

I am new to /e/OS. I have migrated my previous Android phone content to /e/OS and there is one app that only works when the microG setting “Trust Google for app permissions” is off, while others need it on. This app is a game which tries to connect with Google Play Games; if I install Google Play Games, it solves nothing. However if the setting mentioned above is off then the game works. So I am looking for a way to keep the setting on for all apps while keeping it off for this one game. I already have other apps in Shelter so this is not a viable solution.

Is there any way to do what I am looking for?

I don’t know if per app microg settings are possible at all. A rough alternative could be to install your game in a work profile (if you don’t already use one) using e.g. Shelter. You can have different microg settings in the work profile compared to the main user. Another alternative (e.g if you already use a work profile) is to install your game in a separate user profile with its own microg settings as well but the work profile would be more convenient I guess.
