If you buy a new phone with special functions, such as the nothing phone with its back leds. Will you still be able to have/use these functions after installing e-os.

However, in the case of this specific phone the odds are quite high because murena cooperates with them.

I don’t think it would be impossible to get them working if they were not supported, or I should say some wizkid will make an app.
OpenWRT (Linux) have an LED configuration tool. I can edit any LED on my router for the colour and function. This is built into OpenWRT
