i am not able to install physics wallah app it shows chech that google play is enabled on your device and that you are using an up to date version before opening the app. if the problem persists try reistalling the app

First pass; Google play is not a part of /e/OS. Parts of the microG Project, https://github.com/microg aim to provide functionality for many apps, but not all.
You could point out to Wallah devs that this does not work Google free, perhaps they have an interest in fixing this.

Would this be an alternative? I did manage to open https://www.pw.live/ on /e/OS and with the default browser and (3 dot menu top right) > Add to Home Screen.
Add to home screen allows an https version of the content to run.
