Pictures from unknown persons in Gallery

Hello everyone,

since a few days, I have noticed that pictures from unknown persons appear in my Gallery App. The pictures are located in the DCIM folder of the storage like pictures taken by myself. Looking at the metadata, they are taken by other phones (Terracube, FP 4) and appear to be personnal photos from unknown persons.
I have changed my ecloud password and Signal NIP code in case of account confusion but the problem remains.
