I was looking for a solution to this issue on the web for many hours, no luck. Round three weeks ago I contacted parallel Gigaset Germany asking for a help, particulary the original ROM. Fortunately, today I received their feed-back offering me to flash the original ROM on my device. The service costs 25 Euro. Tomorrow the deivice will be send directly to Bocholt, label has been already provided 
. I am glad about this solution. So far excelent Service from Gigaset. I will inform you upon the return.

Sad to hear that they can’t send a download link so we can do it ourself.. That would be much easier.
