Pixel 3xl no upgrade found past 1.8.1

Hi,

I was surprised that there’s no new upgrade since February 5th. (I tried with refresh button)

But I took a look to the installation procedure and I saw that there is a 1.10 build for my phone.

Do I really need to do a manual upgrade or there is a way to force it on my phone?
