On both of these phones I am having an issue where the dialer/phone app does not “draw over” whatever app I have on the screen when I am using my phone. I have to swipe down from the notification shade to answer my call. If there is a voicemail or missed call notification already there before the call comes in it becomes super hard to even answer a call. I’ve had this issue on the Pixel 7 for a very long time. What do I need to fix? The Pixel 7 Pro worked under the A13 build but now does not on A15. Thanks!
