Update: All services have been updated and restored. Servers are back online. The team will continue to monitor the services. Some addition fixes specific to users who had got ‘Rate limit exceeded’ error messages when sending messages will be put in later today.
Update The rate limit error fix has been put in. Users on a free account will need to keep the number of emails sent in an hour low. The rate limits have been introduced to prevent spammers from misusing the email service.
All services are restored and fully functional.
