i had on the Poco F1 the Pie version installed.
There were many backgrounds to choose.
In Q there is just the orange background.
Maybe interesting, that i do not use the Bliss-Starter, but the Zim-Launcher.

i installed the new version e-0.15-q-20210312105636-dev-beryllium.
When i want to change the background, i get the message “app not installed”.
