Hi @kkro the account should be working again now. As a free account you can send about 2-3 emails per hour. This includes the emails in the cc list.

Can you share more details of what you were trying to do. Did you log in to your account, add any other application…
This is the third time the account has been locked in the past couple of days so more details would be helpful to the developers to figure out what is happening.

I’m not doing anything unusual with this account
Just writing, sending and receiving emails as i always did…
And today i still can’t use it. I mean i receive the emails but can’t send any.

Have you shared your email with anyone else. The infra team detected about 700 emails sent from your account to different emails ID’s after it was unlocked last. This triggered the block in the system. This is an indication of the account being compromised or being misused.

No i haven’t shared my account with anyone…

Those multiple sendings don’t appear on my page.

Your account has been unblocked. This is the 3rd time in about 2 weeks.
Pl change your password immediately.

Based on the usage of your account it does look like it is being misused and if the password is not changed it can again result in multiple emails being triggered which will again get your account blocked.

Plus, on the e/OS/ pages I never ever see this described / offered so one can make a choice to subscribe… Could you help me (too) with this? Thanks! Gaytan

You seem to be on a 5 GB account. You should see an upgrade storage option when you go to the murena cloud

The pw for murena. Io I have, with authenticator app, does work. It’s different from the community site URL…

Do you want to change the password for the forum. That would be from the forum login page. If it is a different site pl share the url of where it is, you are trying to login.
The password for all sites are different. SSO has still not been implemented and do not have an ETA on it.
