Is anyone else with a Google Pixel tablet having problems applying e/os updates? I cannot do this on mine. I am not sure whether I should reset it.
The tablet shows this update is available but, I cannot download it - the download keeps failing.
On the basis that e-3.0.2-a14-20250627504416-official-tangorpro.zip is capable of starting download on my laptop from the ota.ecloud.global/api, I would guess your Updater needs Clear Storage and start again.
Settings > Apps and notifications > See all … apps > 3 dot menu top right > Show system > Updater > Storage & cache > Clear storage
I have just discovered that a number of other updates were previously hidden. The newest is 3.1.4
There are also 3.1.1. 3.0.4 as well as 3.02.
Is tbere any reason why I couldn’t jump straight to the newest update?
In Updates, I clicked on preferences and discovered that that “see all available updates” was switched off. When I switched it on, 3 additional updates appeared.
So, I am trying the most recent update …
I have successfully applied update 3.1.4 without any issues although it still took over 2 hours to download. Now I have changed the setting that shows all updates, I will know in the future all the updates that are available and can ignore older ones that I might have missed.
