Problem login murena account

I dont longer have acces to my authenticator app to login to my murena account couse by mistake i have to do a factory reset on my phone couse it was no longer working by corruption of e/os and all codes on the app were lost, so i cant login there. And on my phone i cant also login, it says me incorrect username or password, but i can set up as mail account on android.
So i cant see murena cloud and all of there on internet.

But if you try to connect on Login – Murena with a computer, and ask for a new password ? What happens ?

the password change but when i login it ask me again the code from the authenticator
