I have two Fairphone 6 phones with /e/OS installed, and I have to say I’m very happy with them.
On one of the phones, updates pop up in ‘App Lounge,’ and when I tap ‘update’ for the app, the progress bar appears, but nothing happens.
I’ve cleared the cache and temporary files of the app to be updated, and the only thing I’ve been able to do is uninstall the program, which then prompts me to update and reinstall it with the new version.
I know this isn’t practical, especially if you have an app installed that you’re logged into.
I don’t know if this has happened to any of you and if you know what to do.
