Solved!
Fisrtly you need to confirm that you email id is disroot.com or disroot.org . Secondly according to this https://howto.disroot.org/en/tutorials/email/settings the imap server is disroot.org rather than imap.disroot.org and same is for outgoing smtp server. Tried and tested on my side it works
