Using a Moto g 5g - nairo with e1.17s and no problems.
Upgraded to e-2.3-t-20240821427106-dev-nairo and have a major problem with “external storage keeps stopping”. This means issues with backing up stuff like contacts etc. This is both as initial setup and with Magisk “NoStorageRestrict”.
Any ideas - can I downgrade?, probably not to S but an earlier version of T.

Downgrading worked,apparently 2.3T is the issue.Went to 1.17S all OK and 2.22T all OK.
A third try at 2.3T and the external storage was unworkable.
Method was factory reset then adb reset recovery to adb sideload with eos recovery then
$adb sideload nairo-twrp-installer-3.6.2_11.0_RC-1.0.zip got TWRP in A and B
abd reset recovery then wipe data and factory reset in TWRP and then adb sideload in TWRP
$adb -d sideload e-1.17-s-20231113351092-dev-nairo.zip which went to 47% adb: failed to read command no error - rebooted normally and the phone worked.
