Problem with Murena smartphone delivery

I bought a Murena smartphone on May. 2 months later, I still not received it. UPS send it twice to another town. I asked Murena support to send to another UPS relay but they don’t take care. I asked three times to Murena support to cancel my order and to refund me but they don’t take care too. I send messages to helpdesk@murena.com, store@murena.com, contact@murena.com, aftersales@murena.com, store@murena.com, I always received the same answer: we will send again your phone. Seems to be an AI.
Did anyone have the same problem?
