I have the following problem. Several months I used Whatsapp via the “business” account of the app shelter. Then I have unstalled shelter. But the mask “privacy” and “business” has remained amongst my accounts. Whatapp is still run in my case still under this business mask. I want to run Whats under the normal way so that it can back my data on my Gmail-Account. I don’t want to loose my chats. If install Whats on the normal way it cannot find the locally saved data. The shelter whatsapp version isn’t willing to accept my gmail account. I fear that if unstall whatsapp on my shelter account I will loose contacts and chats. What shall I do secure them? How can transfer data from business to private?
